Job Function - Operations Department

What will you do?-

Supervise a team of in-house writers and coordinate with freelance automotive content creators.

Conduct in-depth research on automobile topics (EVs, new launches, automotive technology, industry trends, regulations, buyer guides, etc.) using credible and recent sources.

Review and edit drafts for clarity, accuracy, grammar, technical correctness, and SEO alignment.

Ensure all content meets the highest standards of precision, readability, and relevance specific to the automobile domain.

Verify that all published content is factually correct, up to date, easy to understand, and free from bias or conflicts of interest.

Manage workloads efficiently to ensure timely delivery as per deadlines.

Write high-quality long-form and short-form automotive content when required.

Optimize content using SEO best practices and keyword guidelines.

Maintain and manage the editorial calendar to ensure consistency and timely publishing.

Ensure all output aligns with company standards, client expectations, and our in-house style guide.

What we expect from you?

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Prior experience in writing, editing, or creating automotive content (blogs, reviews, comparisons, technical articles, product explainers, industry news, etc.).

Exceptional command over written and spoken English.

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Ability to simplify complex automotive concepts for diverse audiences.

A team player with leadership potential and a problem-solving mindset.
