Automotive Business Manager (F&I)

Ryan Nissan’s Business Manager (F&I) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with products intended to protect their vehicle purchase. In addition, they will provide information regarding financing opportunities, selling insurance alternatives, vehicle service contracts, and other exciting new products.

• Offer outstanding customer service to our customers …. all day, everyday
• Maintain current knowledge of all finance programs and disseminate information to the sales team promptly
• Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal regulations
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with insurance vendors and lending institutions
• Close sales by building rapport with each customer
• Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals per Ryan Nissan requirements
• Meet with sales staff every day to review yesterday’s results and today’s plan of action

• Automotive F&I experience is preferable
• Complete understanding of “team” concept
• Professional appearance
• Excellent communications skills
• Ability to maintain complete organization throughout the deal
• At least 21 years of age
• Valid ND Driver’s License
