Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for securing financing for customers, presenting product offerings, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of maximizing profitability while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and sell finance and insurance (F&I) products to customers
• Secure competitive financing options through lenders
• Ensure all deals are compliant with legal and dealership standards
• Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions
• Accurately complete all paperwork and documentation
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize deal structure and profitability
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the financing process

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of automotive F&I experience required
• Proven track record of strong production and performance
• Strong knowledge of dealership finance processes and compliance
• Excellent communication and closing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience is a plus

Pay: $10,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
