Automotive Finance Manager (F&I Manager)

Sutherlin Subaru of Huntington Beach is hiring an experienced Finance Manager to lead F&I in our high-volume Southern California dealership. You will present financing/leasing options, sell protection products, structure profitable deals, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with sales to maximize PVR while delivering outstanding customer service. Requirements: proven automotive F&I experience, strong product knowledge, excellent communication, and a solid track record of high performance. Ideal Candidate

• 2+ Years Automotive Finance experience preferred
• 4+ years sales or sales manager experience preferred
• Enthusiastic and passionate about the Subaru brand
• Energetic and customer service oriented
• Elite selling and closing skills
• Team player and always willing to help
• Self Starter and requires little need for direction
• Experience with Reynolds a plus
• Experience with Subaru a plus
