We're looking for an F&I Manager who's not just a paper pusher but a closer, protector and profit driver.
What You'll Do
Run a clean, professional F&I office built on value. That means strong menu presentation, compliant deal structures, e-contracting on every eligible deal, and deals that fund on time. You'll work closely with sales to optimize deal structure and manage lender relationships daily.
This isn't a desk for someone who waits to tee up products, prints paperwork before interviewing the customer or gives up after the first objection.

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of F&I experience in a dealership
- Knows how to sell value, not payment
- Clean compliance habits, not an afterthought
- Dealertrack experience preferred
- Someone who communicates well with both customers and the sales floor
- Understands proper menu selling
- Can overcome objections professionally
- Understands lender structure
- Is organized and detail-oriented
- Can multitask under pressure
- Understands compliance matters
