Location: Buford, GA | Salary: $95-100k + bonus

Role
We’re seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to optimize our assembly and production processes. You’ll improve efficiency, ensure quality, and support new product launches in a low-volume, high-craft environment.
Key Responsibilities Develop and improve assembly processes and workflows Implement quality control and resolve production issues Design tooling, fixtures, and ergonomic workstations Support new product introductions and prototype builds Lead continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
Qualifications Bachelor’s in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering 3–5 years in automotive manufacturing or assembly CAD, lean manufacturing, and ERP/MES experience Strong problem-solving and project management skills
Preferred: Low-volume/specialty automotive, composites, Six Sigma or PMP certification, automation/robotics experience
