Automotive-Marketing Manager- Europe-Arabia

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with the following qualifications and responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the UAE, with documented proof of companies previously worked at.
• Experience is Automotive is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads with the ability to create and manage a full monthly advertising plan.
• Ability to prepare and execute 1-month marketing plans for the following platforms:
• TikTok
• Instagram
• YouTube
• Snapchat
• In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to ensure optimized campaign reach and performance.
• Must also be a skilled graphic designer, able to create professional visuals and work closely with the photographer to produce high-quality marketing content.
• Should provide a clear budget plan and, before joining, must review AK7 in detail and propose strategies to achieve AED 1,000,000 in sales within the first month.( PPF & Maintenance need to focus mostly and give plan to achieve the target and how to handle and work with the team) - Mandatory.
• Ability to coordinate closely with the sales team to implement strategies for collecting positive Google Reviews from customers.
• Strong leadership skills to manage and handle multiple marketing staff members.

Offer:

• Salary range: AED 10,000 – 15,000 (depending on experience).
