Automotive Painter – Team Leader

We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Automotive Painter – Team Leader to oversee paint operations in our workshop. The role involves leading a team of painters, ensuring high-quality finishes, and maintaining productivity, safety, and efficiency in all painting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate painting jobs, ensuring color matching and quality finishes.
• Inspect surfaces, prepare vehicles for painting, and ensure proper masking and refinishing.
• Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and maintain workflow schedules.
• Conduct final quality checks before vehicle delivery.
• Ensure safe handling of paints, materials, and equipment.
• Train and guide team members to maintain high standards and improve technical skills.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in automotive painting, with 2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong knowledge of paint mixing, color matching, and spray techniques.
• Familiarity with modern painting tools, booths, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and attention to detail.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
