The Parts Manager is responsible for meeting the established goals for profit and return on investment. Accomplishes objectives through the use of proper purchasing procedures and inventory control.

Essential Functions

• Forecasts goals and objectives for the department including required inventory, pricing, ROI and profit margins
• Monitors employees daily productivity reports and corresponding payroll records
• Maintains a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the service department, body shop, wholesale accounts.
• Monitors and adjusts inventory to minimize obsolescence of parts in inventory
• Ensures that all parts are properly tagged so that the dealership recovers full credit from the factory
• Maintains accounts receivables for parts department
• Directs parts delivery program to wholesale customers
• Follows all attendance and punctuality standards

$125,000 to $165,000
