What Youll Do
As our Automotive Parts Specialist, you will play a critical role in keeping our service department and customers moving.
Manage the parts sales process from inquiry to fulfillment
Assist retail, wholesale, and service customers with parts identification and pricing
Answer phone calls and provide accurate price quotes and product information
Review and verify body shop estimates for accuracy and proper parts ordering
Pull and fill parts orders efficiently and accurately
Maintain inventory accuracy with routine bin checks and stock organization
Build strong relationships with technicians, advisors, and customers
Help drive departmental profitability through upselling and cross-selling when appropriate

What Were Looking For
High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior automotive parts experience preferred (dealership experience a plus)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
Comfortable with basic math calculations (discounts, percentages, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret safety and service documentation
Valid drivers license with clean driving record
