Automotive Services Director

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Services Director to oversee and optimize all service operations within our automotive business. This role is responsible for managing service teams, improving operational efficiency, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth across service departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of automotive service departments, including maintenance and repair services
• Develop and implement service strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability
• Manage and lead service managers, technicians, and support staff
• Monitor service performance metrics, KPIs, and customer satisfaction levels
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation for service operations
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and service expansion

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Business Management, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in automotive service operations or management
• Proven leadership experience managing service teams or workshops
• Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair operations
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD3,000.000 per month
