Role Summary
We’re hiring an experienced Automotive Spare Parts Salesman to grow counter, retail, and B2B trade sales across the UAE. You’ll handle enquiries end-to-end—identification, pricing, quoting, order processing, and after-sales while coordinating tightly with Procurement, Warehouse, and Accounts to deliver a fast, accurate, and reliable customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Customer Service
- Respond to walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, email, and marketplace enquiries; convert to orders.
- Identify parts using EPCs, catalogues, OE cross-references, and VIN/Chassis decoding.
- Prepare quotations with availability, price, brand options, and delivery lead times.
- Upsell alternatives: OE, aftermarket, and economy lines; bundle related parts.
- Manage order confirmations, pick-lists, delivery orders/invoices, and coordinate same-day dispatch.
- Product & Sourcing
- Cross-reference OE/OEM/aftermarket part numbers; verify supersessions.
- Liaise with suppliers for urgent sourcing, backorders, and special imports.
- Provide technical guidance on fitment, common failures, and model variations.
- Process & Systems
- Maintain CRM with accurate customer profiles, notes, and follow-ups.
- Log every quotation and outcome; convert quotes to orders.
- Adhere to internal SOPs for pricing, discount approvals, returns/RMA, and warranty.
- Ensure VAT-compliant invoicing and complete documentation.
- Inventory & Logistics
- Check stock levels, request replenishment, and flag slow/obsolete movers.
- Coordinate with Warehouse for picking, packing, and courier handover.
- Track shipments; keep customers informed on ETAs and delays.
- Credit & Collections (with Accounts)
- Follow approved credit limits; obtain LPOs as needed.
- Support on-time collections and POD closure.
Required Experience & Skills
- 3+ years spare parts sales in the UAE/GCC (passenger, 4×4, or light commercial; European/Japanese/Korean lines ideal).
- Strong parts identification skills: EPCs, VIN decoding, OE–aftermarket cross-refs.
- Proficient with DMS/ERP/CRM (SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent English; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu/Malayalam an advantage.
- Solid understanding of UAE VAT basics on invoices/credit notes.
- Valid UAE driver’s license preferred.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Technical certificate in Automotive or related field preferred.

Compensation & Hours
- Competitive salary + sales incentive/commission (based on revenue & margin).
