Automotive Technician

Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Car Electrician and Programming Technician to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have deep knowledge of automotive electrical systems, ECU programming, and advanced diagnostics using tools like Autel, Launch, OBD-II, and Xentry. Experience with brands like Toyota, Nissan, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Ford, Hyundai.. is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair issues related to wiring, sensors, alternators, starters, fuses, relays, BCM (Body Control Module), ECM/ECU (Engine Control Unit)
• Install and program remote start systems, car alarms, reverse cameras, parking sensors, and multimedia systems
• Perform ECU and key programming, immobilizer reset, and software flashing
• Troubleshoot CAN bus errors, short circuits, open circuits, and battery drain issues
• Utilize OBD diagnostic scanners and OEM-specific tools to read and clear fault codes
• Interpret and follow electrical wiring diagrams and schematics
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on software updates, firmware, and coding practices for modern vehicles

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in car electrical and programming work
• Proficiency in car diagnostic tools
• Strong understanding of vehicle communication protocols (CAN, LIN, K-Line)
• Knowledge of both mechanical-electrical systems and electronic control units (ECUs)
• Ability to handle airbag systems, ABS faults, engine misfires, and other electrical-related malfunctions
