$22.00 to $30.00 per hour | Full-Time

G3 Transmission & Diesel is a family-owned, veteran-owned shop specializing in transmission repair, diesel, and performance work. We are growing and looking for a skilled Journeyman Technician with at least 3 years of experience who can contribute immediately and continue developing within our shop.

We are not a flat-rate grind shop. We focus on quality work, proper diagnosis, and doing jobs right the first time.

What You’ll Do

• Perform transmission removal and installation independently
• Diagnose drivability and transmission-related concerns
• Assist with and perform transmission teardown and rebuilding
• Perform light-duty diesel work such as maintenance, minor repairs, and basic diagnostics
• Complete general repair and maintenance work
• Work alongside senior technicians on advanced jobs
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and accurate job documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of automotive repair experience
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability
• Experience with transmission R&R required
• Diesel experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to use scan tools and shop software
• Attention to detail and pride in your work
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation

Pay & Schedule

• $22.00 to $30.00 per hour depending on experience
• Full-time, Monday through Friday
• Overtime paid as required
