In this energetic role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. Retention and attention to detail is a must as the Service Department serves as the backbone of our business.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues accurately.
• Conduct repairs on various vehicle systems including powertrain, transmissions, diesel engines, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools to execute repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Execute vehicle maintenance procedures such as oil changes, brake repairs, wheel alignments, and suspension work with precision.
• Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex problems involving automotive electrical systems and mechanical components.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and offering recommendations for ongoing vehicle care.

Requirements

• Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance.
• Knowledge of ADAS technology, schematics reading, automotive electrical systems, and diagnostic procedures.
• Hands-on experience with GM vehicles or similar brands is preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge encompassing powertrain components, transmissions, diesel engines, and vehicle alignment techniques.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and auto estimating software is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills combined with a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
