Job Title: Service Advisor

We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our professional garage specializing in Japanese, Korean, and American vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and understand their service and repair needs
• Prepare job cards, estimates, and service recommendations
• Coordinate between customers and the workshop team
• Provide updates on vehicle status, timelines, and costs
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and follow-up
• Handle invoicing, documentation, and basic administrative tasks
• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service (automotive industry experience is an advantage)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Computer literacy and basic data entry skills
