We are looking for Availability & Capacity Manager (ITIL processes) for Qatar location.

Key Responsibilities
- Availability Management
- Ensure IT services meet agreed availability targets and remain reliable for end users.
- Monitor system uptime, performance, and resilience across applications and infrastructure.
- Implement proactive measures to minimize downtime and service disruptions.
- Capacity Management
- Forecast demand and plan IT resources to meet business growth and user requirements.
- Conduct capacity planning for applications, servers, storage, and networks.
- Ensure scalability and performance optimization across environments.
- Business Alignment
- Translate user and business requirements into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with Service Managers to ensure smooth delivery service.
- Support Change and Release Management by validating environmental readiness.
- Risk & Compliance
- Ensure environments comply with security, regulatory, and operational standards.
- Identify risks related to capacity or availability and propose mitigation strategies.
- Continuous Improvement
- Provide regular reports on availability and capacity metrics.
- Recommend improvements to enhance stability, efficiency, and user satisfaction.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (Availability, Capacity, Change, Release Management).
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and environment dependencies.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with monitoring and performance management tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- ITIL Foundation certification (intermediate ITIL modules preferred).
10+ years of experience in environment, infrastructure, or application management

Pay: QAR20,000.00 - QAR23,000.00 per month
