Job Description

Director – Digital Growth & Lead Generation

Location: Hyderabad, India (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end lead generation and conversion strategy across digital and programmatic platforms.
  • Build full-funnel acquisition campaigns across multiple channels to drive high-quality leads.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive digital lead generation framework ensuring consistency, scalability, and predictability.
  • Manage and optimize multi-channel annual digital budgets focusing on CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
  • Lead rapid experimentation with creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
  • Drive organic traffic growth via technical SEO, content marketing, and authority-building initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain scalable, dynamic processes improving lead quality and acquisition efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor a multi-layered digital team of managers and executives.
  • Set up attribution models and analytics dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and groom managerial talent, promoting a high-performance culture rooted in ownership, accountability, and growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in digital growth, acquisition, or performance marketing at a PAN-India level.
  • Minimum 3 years leading at least two digital marketing channels or equivalent leadership roles.
  • Strong people management experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • Proven expertise in building scalable processes and systems for performance marketing.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A leadership approach that blends empathy, discipline, and result orientation.
