Marketing Lead

We are looking for:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Cluster Head to lead and execute multi-channel strategies across regions. The ideal candidate will drive brand growth, lead generation, and customer engagement through data-driven campaigns.

What you will do:

● Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for multiple clusters.

● Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, email, and performance marketing campaigns.

● Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.

● Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business goals.

● Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to track and report performance.

Experience & Qualifications:

● Experience: 5-6 years in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

● Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, and paid media.

● Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and CRM platforms.

● Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
