Mission: Job Summary
Ensure the reliability, availability, and extended lifespan of electrical systems in wind turbines and power plants through safe and efficient operation, the implementation of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans, timely fault management, continuous process improvement, and the integration of new technologies, while ensuring compliance with technical, environmental, and safety standards, with the purpose of optimizing energy efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Key functions of the AW300 Technology specialist:

Definition and continuous adaptation of the maintenance plans for the AW3000 Technology, and monitoring of the reliability, efficiency and prevention of risks for individuals and the safety of the surrounding area. All of this is through:

Annual Maintenance Plan

Investments in the fleet

Modifications due to the appearance of new risks

Changes at the request of manufacturers

Statutory changes

Aging of components
-
Policy to extend the life of assets

Drafting of technical maintenance instructions.

Collaboration with the TO in the deployments of the new production plants.

Definition/update of the technology cost models.

Technology risk management: risk identification and definition of preventive, corrective and follow-up measures, including verification of results.

Definition of retrofits which improve the safety, reliability and efficiency of the assets.

Detection and development of Opex opportunities for improvement in the Technology.
