Award Crafter

We have an immediate opening for an aspiring award-maker.

You’ll learn to design, engrave, and personalize items using multiple processes, prepare and assemble awards and specialty items, and delight customers with individualized solutions to meet their needs.

What you'll do daily:

• Assist with production of a variety of awards, signs, specialty, and unique items
• Design awards and products using a variety of graphics software
• Personalize products using specialized machines and processes, including laser engraving, rotary engraving, sand etching, and sublimation
• Guide customers by phone, email, or around the showroom to help them find the best product for their needs

When we’ll need you at the store:

• Full-time position 35-40 hours/week
• 9am-6pm (or similar) Monday-Friday
• 10am-2pm Saturday on occasion

Part-time option is also available

Ideally, you'll be comfortable:

• Working with your hands
• Being part of a small team
• Communicating positively with customers and coworkers
• Mastering new processes and concepts
• Performing detail-oriented tasks
• Using Windows-based computers
• Meeting deadlines

You may also excel if you have experience with:

• Graphic design and/or an artistic background
• Software including CorelDRAW and Adobe’s Creative Suite
• Applying creativity and critical thought to routine processes
• Solving puzzles and creating unique solutions

Pay & Benefits

• Starting pay $16-$20/hr
