As a Security Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and enhancing security controls across both cloud and on-premises environments. Your primary responsibility will be to protect systems, data, and services by identifying vulnerabilities, assessing risks, and deploying scalable and resilient security solutions. You will work closely with engineering, IT, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with security frameworks, regulatory standards, and industry best practices. This role requires a proactive approach, strong technical depth, and the ability to build secure-by-design architectures that enable business agility while maintaining robust protection.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud architectures using AWS services, ensuring adherence to security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Work with Microservices Architecture and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
• Utilize DevOps and automation tools such as Terraform, Git, Jenkins, and SonarQube for secure and efficient deployments.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and applications using Python and/or Node.js.
• Contribute to production-grade applications and apply knowledge of AI/ML frameworks where applicable.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to embed security-by-design principles into product development and features.
• Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability scans to identify and remediate misconfigurations, threats, and risks across cloud environments.
• Mentor and support cross-functional teams, fostering a strong security culture across the organization.
