Business Impact: Accelerate delivery velocity and reduce risk by automating build, test and release, enabling frequent, reliable production deployments.

Role Overview: Design, build and optimize enterprise CI/CD pipelines and automation platforms that deliver software and infrastructure changes safely at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and operate CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps (or equivalent).
• Implement IaC-driven provisioning and automated environment lifecycle.
• Integrate automated testing, security scans (SAST/DAST), and quality gates into pipelines.
• Enable zero-downtime/blue-green/canary releases and rollback strategies.
• Instrument pipelines with telemetry and feedback loops for continuous improvement.
• Coach teams on DevOps best practices and tool usage.

Qualifications:

• Strong expertise with Azure DevOps (or GitOps alternatives), Git workflows and branching strategies.
• Experience with IaC (Terraform/Bicep), container builds and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficient in scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python) and pipeline tooling.
• Track record delivering automated, reliable releases in complex environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with ArgoCD/Flux, Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus.
• Experience with DevSecOps tooling and security automation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
