Business Impact: Provide a robust, scalable platform that enables rapid delivery of containerized applications while guaranteeing reliability and security for production traffic.

Role Overview: Design, operate and optimize enterprise Kubernetes platforms (AKS/OKE/OpenShift), ensuring high availability, observability, security and cost-effective scaling for microservices workloads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provision, harden and operate production Kubernetes clusters.
• Implement autoscaling, resource quotas and efficient scheduling strategies.
• Deploy and manage service mesh, ingress, and advanced networking patterns.
• Build platform observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, tracing.
• Automate platform lifecycle (Helm/Kustomize, Terraform) and enable GitOps workflows.
• Define security posture: RBAC, network policies, image scanning and runtime protections.

Qualifications:

• Deep Kubernetes administration experience and container best practices.
• Hands-on with Helm, Kustomize, container registries, and cluster networking.
• Scripting/automation skills (Go/Python/Bash) and Linux systems experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance-tuning skills for large clusters.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Istio/Linkerd, ArgoCD/Flux, OpenShift or multi-cloud Kubernetes operations.
• CNCF certification (CKA/CKAD) a plus.

Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
