We are seeking a motivated B2B Account Executive to drive business development and revenue growth by acquiring new clients and managing relationships with existing corporate accounts. This role involves prospecting, pitching solutions, negotiating deals, and closing sales in a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients
  • Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations
  • Understand client needs and propose customized business solutions
  • Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients
  • Upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing accounts
  • Maintain accurate sales data in CRM tools and prepare reports
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus)
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and manage client relationships
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused mindset

Location: DHA Phase 2 Islamabad
Timings: 1:00PM - 10:00PM or 2:00PM - 11:00PM
