B2B Account Executive

Role Overview

We are hiring a driven B2B Account Executive to join our Lahore sales team. This is a front-line outbound sales role. Your primary job is to generate qualified leads, engage decision-makers at target organizations, and schedule product demos that move prospects through the sales pipeline. If you are not comfortable making a high volume of calls every day, this role is not for you.

What You Will Do

• Execute daily outbound cold calls to B2B prospects (CEO, IT managers, L&D heads, HR directors, procurement teams)
• Qualify prospects and identify decision-makers within target organizations
• Schedule and confirm product demonstrations for the senior sales team
• Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and pipeline activity in CRM
• Follow up consistently with warm leads to move them toward a demo

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Daily call target: minimum 60–80 outbound calls per day
• Demos scheduled: minimum 15 qualified demos per month
• Pipeline contribution tracked weekly via CRM

What We Are Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (fresh graduates with strong communication skills will also be considered)
• Excellent spoken and written English, you will be calling international clients
• Thick skin and persistence, rejection is part of the job, and you need to handle it professionally
• Basic understanding of IT/SaaS products is an advantage, not a requirement
• Self-motivated with results-first mindset

Compensation

• Base Salary: $500 – $700/month (paid in PKR at prevailing exchange rate)
• Performance bonus tied to demos scheduled and deals closed
• OTE + bonus and weekly spiffs

Working Hours

Since Skillsets Online primarily serves US clients, this role require evening/night shift alignment with US business hours. Confirm availability before applying.
