Role Objective:
As a B2B Account Manager at

, you will lead the growth of our corporate client base. Your focus is to acquire and retain large-scale customers (Factories, Construction Firms, and Wholesalers), ensuring that

becomes their primary partner for fulfilling their transport and logistics requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Client Acquisition:

Identify and prospect high-volume B2B clients in the industrial and commercial sectors across KSA.

Present
THKEL’s
value proposition to corporate decision-makers and close service agreements.

Account Relationship Management:

Serve as the dedicated point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring their large-scale fulfillment needs are met.

Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.

Fulfillment Strategy:

Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure that corporate requests are prioritized and serviced by high-quality providers.

Market Intelligence:

Provide the COO with insights into corporate pricing trends and competitor activities to keep

ahead of the market.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Language Skills:
Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English (Written and Spoken) is mandatory for professional corporate communication.

Experience:
3–5 years in B2B Sales or Account Management, specifically within the Saudi logistics or industrial market.

Skills:
Strong negotiation and "Hunting" skills with a focus on long-term relationship building.
