CKSA - Sales Account Manager (New Account) - Riyadh

As an Account Manager, you play a vital part in Canon´s innovative business sales team & you will be responsible for bringing in new Business to Business (B2B) clients & business & revenue growth by g rowing sales of Canon core products & exploit Office Imaging & Solutions opportunities .

By regularly engaging with new potential customers, you will serve as the relationship lead to the client & as the internal advocate for the client at CKSA. You are responsible for understanding each client’s unique environment, business needs, technology vision & internal motivations. Using this knowledge & your technical background, you will seek out ways to fulfill clients’ needs & grow each client’s annual revenue & strive to ensure client satisfaction & retention & maximise the awareness of the brands name within KSA market.

You are a doer & get your sales energy through “hunting” new opportunities. You can be described as independent (with a lot of initiative) & solution-driven, focusing on big deals & love going from one to the next as soon as you close your current prospect.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field

  • 3-5 year(s) of experience in B2B Account Management background is preferred

  • Outstanding lead generation, sales, business development & negotiation skills

  • Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills (written & verbal)

  • Generally, technically savvy, and open to tech products

  • Excellent Mathematical & analytical thinking

  • Experience using MS Office tools, Advanced Salesforce.com usage & Knowledge

  • Consultative sales skills required to assist in explaining product benefits & features, overcoming objections, & closing sales

  • Excellent listener, assertive, persistent, persuasive & results oriented

  • Must be a self-starter with effective time management skills.

  • Valid KSA driving license & car is a must

  • Generating top quality prospects from small to mid-size (medium or large enterprise / penetrate into small, medium & large accounts) new businesses across the KSA & manage a very active pipeline with short or long sale cycles

  • Establishing strong business contacts/relationships with leads, including data gathering & leading the potential customer on journey to becoming a customer

  • Acquire & close new business deals through cold calling & prospecting. Sell through tele-sales, face2face sales & sales presentations to prospective customers

  • Identify qualified prospects & navigate company structures to identify decision makers. Proactively seek new avenues to penetrate clients & attract prospects

  • Applying consultative sales skills required to assist in explaining product benefits & features, overcoming objections, & closing sales

  • Drives customer engagements, meetings, develop opportunities & other skilled assets to position, propose & close deals

  • Deliver face to face &/or online presentations & proposals

  • Track & analyze market/industry trends & identify new business & maintain extensive knowledge of current market

  • Maintain active pipeline report through Salesforce, logging all activities

  • Communicate with clients/customers to understand their needs & explain product value

  • Uses product knowledge to build trust, value & influence with the customer(s)

  • Quotes prices & rates as needed to close the deal

  • Meets or exceed sales goals & expectations. Responsible for growing sales revenue.

  • Success in this role is measured by meeting daily & weekly lead generation goals while consistently staying ahead of daily metrics all in a team-focused environment

  • Guarantee a seamless onboarding process where you introduce the Account manager & the rest of the team to the client & establish regular communication going forward
