Sourcetek is hiring for one of its clients, a SaaS product-based company, for the position of B2B Accounts Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing B2B client accounts, driving revenue growth, handling international clients, and leading a small team.
Location: Lahore (Onsite)
Shift: US Time Zone (Night Shift)
Experience Required: 6–7 Years
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow B2B client accounts for SaaS products
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Lead and manage a team of 4–5 resources to ensure smooth account operations
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, product, and support
- Oversee client onboarding, retention, and satisfaction management
- Conduct regular business review meetings with clients
- Work closely with US-based clients during night shift hours
- Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports for management
Requirements:
- 6–7 years of experience in B2B account management, preferably in SaaS industry
- Prior experience in team management (4–5 members)
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills
- Experience working with international/US clients
- Ability to work in US time zone (night shift)
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
