B2B Business Development Executive

We are looking for a highly professional and target-driven female executive with a minimum of 4 years of experience to grow our B2B business. The ideal candidate will work directly with the manager, actively generate leads, and convert them into confirmed luxury furnishing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, interior designers, architects, property developers, and other commercial stakeholders.
• Generate leads and acquire new clients, converting opportunities into confirmed projects.
• Negotiate contracts and partnerships with high-end clients.
• Manage existing accounts to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and refine strategies.
• Provide tailored consultation to clients, showcasing luxury products and solutions.
• Support marketing initiatives by coordinating showroom visits, client meetings, and events.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain the brand image in every client interaction.
• Drive revenue growth in a challenging market by targeting premium clients.
• Collaborate directly with the manager to develop strategies for business expansion.

Requirements:

• Female, with strong communication, persuasion, and networking skills.
• Highly professional, confident, and results oriented.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate marketing, preferably in luxury products, interiors, or commercial projects.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results with limited resources.
• Passion for luxury design, furnishing, and interior décor.
• Bonus: Background or experience in furnishing, interior design, or real estate.
