Creative Closets is a leading premium custom storage and interior solutions brand in the UAE. We work closely with interior designers, developers, and project partners to deliver bespoke, high-end solutions for residential and commercial spaces.

We are looking for a strong B2B Business Development Executive who understands the interiors industry and can confidently engage with designers, developers, and project teams to bring in high-value projects

Role Overview

This role is focused on generating new business partnerships and project opportunities within the interiors, real estate, and construction sectors. You will actively approach, build relationships with, and secure collaborations with interior designers, developers, architects, and contractors whose projects can benefit from Creative Closets’ solutions.

This is a field-driven and relationship-based sales role, combining digital outreach, phone calls, meetings, and in-person visits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop partnerships with:
  • Interior designers and design studios
  • Real estate developers
  • Fit-out companies and contractors
  • Architects and project consultants
  • Use outbound emails, phone calls, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to connect with decision-makers.
  • Conduct LinkedIn outreach and messaging to introduce Creative Closets and explore project opportunities.
  • Attend interior design, real estate, and industry events to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Perform outdoor sales visits to design studios, offices, and project sites.
  • Present Creative Closets’ solutions and identify how they can complement partner projects.
  • Maintain a structured pipeline of opportunities and follow up until deal closure.
  • Coordinate with internal design, sales, and project teams to support proposals and closing.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Background in Interior Design or Closets Engineering (mandatory)
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Well-presented, professional, and confident in dealing with high-end clients
  • Highly self-motivated and results-driven
