: We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive (Vending Machine/FMCG exp) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing new clients daily, managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring the seamless operation of vending machines at client locations. The role requires a strong focus on achieving deployment and revenue targets, delivering excellent client service, and coordinating with the operations team to ensure machine functionality and replenishment.
About the Role
: The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in driving growth and ensuring client satisfaction through effective management of client relationships and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

Establish new client accounts daily and ensure a consistent pipeline of new business.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and operational excellence.

Follow up regularly with clients to improve product offerings and discuss opportunities for additional machines or upgrades.

Deployment & Target Achievement:
-
Meet deployment targets by ensuring timely and successful installation of vending machines at client locations.

Monitor and achieve machine revenue per location, ensuring a positive Return on Investment (ROI) for each deployment.

Take responsibility for deployment planning, ensuring accurate reporting and timely payments.

Operational Excellence & Servicing:

Proactively follow up on the performance and functionality of machines at deployed locations to prevent client complaints and ensure smooth operations.

Collaborate with the operations team to address any operational issues, monitor performance, and ensure consistent replenishment and servicing.

Reporting & Performance Tracking:

Submit weekly reports to the Operations director detailing pipeline deployments and related updates. The report should be submitted every Saturday.

Provide feedback and insights on machine performance and customer satisfaction to continuously improve operations and sales strategies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Achievement of daily and monthly deployment targets.

Client satisfaction with zero complaints regarding machine functionality and service.

ROI per deployment and revenue generation from each location.

Timely and accurate weekly reporting to the Operations director.
Qualifications
:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the vending machine or similar industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet targets and objectives.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Valid driving license + car.
