NextGen Capital Solution / Zenith Business Solution is seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Sales Associate – Lead Generation to become part of our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, initiating professional conversations, and generating quality leads that directly support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to international prospects to generate qualified leads
• Present company services in a clear, confident, and professional manner
• Collect and verify accurate client information
• Schedule appointments and manage follow-ups for the closing team
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records in the CRM system
• Follow established scripts and sales processes while maintaining a natural conversation flow
• Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets
• Ensure high standards of professionalism, compliance, and call quality

Requirements

• Strong English speaking and listening skills
• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven mindset
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office, email)
• Ability to work night shifts
• Previous sales or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
