Position Overview
Majid Al Futtaim LifeStyle is seeking a B2B Distribution Associate Manager to drive wholesale growth and strengthen partnerships with retail clients. The role is responsible for achieving sales and profitability targets, developing distribution strategies, and ensuring operational excellence across wholesale channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, distribution management, and relationship building within the retail or lifestyle sector.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and retail partners to expand business reach.
* Lead the execution of the B2B distribution strategy and annual sales plan to achieve revenue and margin goals.
* Conduct market visits to identify new opportunities and monitor store and client performance.
* Manage customer relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
* Monitor sales KPIs, including net sales, profitability, and stock turnover, and recommend performance improvements.
* Provide feedback to Buying, Planning, and Operations teams on product performance, pricing, and market trends.
* Oversee all in-division operations related to revenue management, cash handling, and administrative functions.
* Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and operational procedures.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* 4 5 years of experience in B2B distribution, sales operations, or channel management, preferably within retail or lifestyle industries.
* Strong commercial acumen and track record of driving business growth and profitability.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and financial data.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
