ROLE SUMMARY

  • The Associate Manager B2B is responsible for managing and expanding the wholesale department, building solid relationship with retailers and achieving sales targets to maximize profitability, maintain brand and Company image ensuring operational compliance.The role is fully accountable for the daily operations in the market and its workforce in line with the overall business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Develop and maintain network of Clients, both wholesale and Retail.
  • Monitor sales and sell-through and drive any improvements.
  • Take ownership of customer complaints and concerns and address these in a professional, efficient, and effective manner.
  • Compile and implement Wholesale distribution strategy and Sales Plan.
  • Conduct regular Stores/Clients/Markets visits to maximize trading opportunities.
  • Drive sales and constantly strive to enhance business ensuring set KPI targets (such as net sales, profit, stock turn) are met.
  • Provide critical analytical feedback to the Operations, Buying and Planning Departments in relation to product, ranging, pricing, competitive activities and opportunities.
  • Plan, organize and execute in-division processes including revenue, cash handling, and stocks, administration management.
