Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Officer to lead and grow our B2B and HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) sales channels. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a strong network and proven success in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and account management within the beverage or FMCG industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand FRÍO’s presence in HORECA and B2B channels.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, and corporate accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and distributors.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
  • Achieve sales targets, manage budgets, and ensure profitability.
  • Coordinate closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HORECA and B2B sales , preferably within beverages or FMCG.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE HORECA market and existing client network is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
