We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation & Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team.

This role is ideal for someone confident in finding quality leads, executing cold email campaigns, and converting prospects into clients in the USA market.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential leads (real estate agents, brokers, developers, and service-based businesses)
• Build and manage targeted email lists
• Execute cold email outreach campaigns
• Handle responses, follow-ups, and lead nurturing
• Maintain and update data on Google Sheets/CRM
• Work towards closing clients and generating revenue

Requirements

• Proven experience in lead generation or email marketing
• Strong understanding of cold outreach strategies
• Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Instantly, Mailchimp (preferred)
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Must be self-driven, target-oriented, and responsible for results
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Technical Requirements (Mandatory)

• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• A personal laptop/PC (no mobile-only work)
• Noise-canceling headset for professional communication
• Availability to work in flexible or international time zones

Compensation

• Commission-based earnings per closed client
