Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to join Rank Arrow. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing email outreach campaigns, building targeted prospect lists, creating engaging email content, and optimizing campaign performance to generate qualified leads and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for lead generation and client outreach.
• Create engaging email copy and optimize campaigns for better performance.
• Build and manage targeted email lists and audience segments.
• Set up automated email sequences and follow-up workflows.
• Monitor deliverability, campaign performance, and key metrics.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve open, click-through, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align email strategies with business goals.
• Stay updated on email marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Email Marketing, Lead Generation, or B2B Outreach.
• Proficiency with email marketing and outreach tools.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability and compliance practices.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking and optimizing campaign performance.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Timings:

3:00 PM TO 12:00 PM

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Email Marketing Specialist: 2 years (Required)
