Job Responsibilities
- Build and manage email/SMS flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc.) in Klaviyo or similar platforms
- Plan and execute campaign calendars — promos, product launches, seasonal sends — tailored to each brand's audience and tone
- Drive measurable revenue from each client's email/SMS list — treating it as a sales channel, not a content checkbox
- Write or brief copy that matches each brand's voice, balancing promotional and value-driven content
- Segment lists strategically — not blasting everyone the same message A/B test subject lines, send times, layouts, and offers, and act on the data
- Monitor deliverability, open rates, click rates, and revenue per email/flow — diagnose and fix underperformance
- Coordinate with the design team for email templates/graphics and with the ads team to align messaging across channels
Job Requirements
- 2+ years hands-on experience running email marketing for e-commerce/DTC brands, ideally in Klaviyo (or Mailchimp/Omnisend with willingness to learn Klaviyo fast)
- A track record you can point to: specific flows/campaigns you built and the revenue or engagement impact they had
- Strong written English — you'll be writing or closely directing copy
- Understanding of segmentation, deliverability basics, and how email ties into the broader customer lifecycle
- Ownership mentality — you treat each client's list like it's your own business.
- You don't wait to be told what to send next; you spot opportunities and act
- Self-starter who can take a rough brief and run with it — we're not looking for someone who needs every detail spelled out or asks for sign-off at every step.
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
