Corporate Lead Generation Specialist (UK Market - USA Travel)
Location: Bahria Town Karachi (UK-Based)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Compensation: 120000 to 150000 Base Salary + Performance based Uncapped Commission

The Mission: Be the Tip of the Spear
We are looking for a strategic, data-hungry, and relentless Lead Generation Specialist. Your primary mission is to build our sales pipeline from the ground up by identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-value leads within the UK market—specifically targeting companies with significant travel needs between the UK and the USA.
You will be the first point of contact, creating opportunities and setting qualified appointments for our senior sales team. This is a specialist role for someone who loves the "hunt," thrives on data, and excels at starting valuable conversations with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Targeted Prospecting: Use advanced tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to build and maintain a targeted database of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs). You'll focus on UK-based companies in high-travel sectors (Finance, Tech, Consulting, Law) with operations in the US.
- Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute a strategic and personalised outreach blitz across email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage key decision-makers like Heads of Travel, CFOs, and HR Directors.
- Lead Qualification: Conduct high-level discovery calls to identify pain points around travel spend, duty of care, and operational inefficiencies. Your goal is to qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
- CRM & Pipeline Management: Meticulously track all activities, interactions, and lead statuses in our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), ensuring a clean, accurate, and predictable pipeline for the sales team.
- Continuous Optimization: Constantly A/B test subject lines, email copy, and outreach sequences. Analyse performance metrics (open rates, reply rates, meeting set rates) to refine strategy and maximize conversion.
- Market Intelligence: Act as the eyes and ears on the ground, providing feedback to marketing and sales on target market trends, objections, and competitive intelligence.
What You Bring (The Essentials)
- Proven 2+ years of experience in a B2B lead generation or Sales Development Representative (SDR) role, preferably in SaaS, Tech, Professional Services, or a relevant B2B sector.
- Demonstrable experience with the modern sales tech stack:
- CRM: HubSpot or Salesforce
- Prospecting: ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, or similar
- Automation: Outreach.io, Salesloft, or similar (for running sequences)
- LinkedIn: Mastery of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and social selling techniques.
- A verifiable track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly quotas for lead generation and qualified appointments set.
- Exceptional communication skills: You can articulate a complex value proposition clearly and concisely, both in writing and over the phone.
- A resilient, proactive, and curious mindset. You are motivated by challenges and see rejection as a learning opportunity.

- Previous exposure to the travel, SaaS, finance, or procurement industry.
- An understanding of corporate pain points like cost control, compliance, and duty of care.
- Experience with a longer sales cycle (3-6 months).
