Regional Manager Sales – Connectivity Business (For Karachi)

Role Summary

The Regional Manager Sales – Connectivity Business will drive the growth and profitability of the company’s connectivity portfolio in Karachi and Lahore, managing regional P&L and achieving revenue, EBITDA, and PAT targets. This role will lead B2B sales for Internet, Layer 2, Layer 3, NaaS, and related solutions, develop and execute region-specific sales strategies, and maintain strategic relationships with carriers, telcos, ISPs, hyperscalers, banks, and large enterprises. The incumbent will build and manage a high-performance sales team, ensuring strong alignment with business objectives and responsiveness to regional market dynamics.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Responsible for P&L of Connectivity Business Portfolio for the region.
  • Own Revenue, EBITDA, and PAT targets for the region.
  • Lead B2B sales effort of Connectivity for the region, NaaS and allied products/services (including but not limited to Internet, Layer 2, Layer 3, NaaS etc solutions).
  • Own and execute the Connectivity Business sales strategy across the region.
  • Responsible for relationships and account management of high-value clients (Carriers, Telcos, ISPs, Hyperscalers, Banks and large enterprises etc.) for the region.
  • Develop and manage the regional sales team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and local market dynamics.

Job Specifications

  • 7+ years in B2B Connectivity sales.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise and carrier-grade solutions.
  • Excellent client-facing, solution-selling and leadership skills.
  • Masters Degree in Telecom/ICT/Business would be a plus.
  • Prior exposure of Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) would be a plus.
