We are looking for motivated and tech-savvy Fresh Software Engineers to join our Sales and Business Development team as Sales Lead Generators. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a technical background who are eager to explore the business side of technology, especially in identifying and nurturing potential sales opportunities for our software solutions and services.

As a Sales Lead Generator, you will use your technical understanding to connect with prospective clients, understand their pain points, and qualify them as potential leads for our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients using online tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Crunchbase, industry directories).
  • Generate qualified leads for software products and services through email outreach, cold calling, and social selling.
  • Understand and communicate technical product features to non-technical prospects.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our software solutions to accurately represent them to prospects.
  • Update and maintain CRM systems with lead information and communication history.
  • Schedule meetings or demos qualified leads.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for technology with a strong interest in sales, marketing, and client engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Prior internship or project work in a customer-facing role is an advantage (not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
