Position: CRM Lead
Location: Karachi

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management to join our marketing team. This role is central to designing and executing data-driven strategies that enhance customer engagement, improve retention, and strengthen brand loyalty. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to plan and manage the CRM calendar.
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, repeat orders, and loyalty.
  • Segment customer database and design targeted marketing campaigns based on customer behavior and lifecycle stages.
  • Partner with the in-house creative/content team to develop campaign content, adaptions, and copies.
  • Monitor and analyze CRM performance metrics to understand consumer behavior, track campaign success, and uncover insights for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure timely execution of campaigns, offers, and customer communication through the CRM platform.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of proven experience working with CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
