Innovative Network is seeking a skilled and motivated professional to take on a dual role as International Sales Lead + Project Manager. This position requires a dynamic individual who can drive international sales growth while managing projects from initiation to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to generate international sales leads and build long-term client relationships.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and project goals.
• Prepare and present business proposals to international clients.
• Track performance metrics, sales targets, and project KPIs.
• Resolve project and client-related issues efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in international sales and project management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of CRM and project management tools.
