About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

Lead generation across 15 regions with a focus on DNFBP companies (e.g., real estate, gold, audit firms).

Import and format lead data into Pipedrive CRM.

Perform CRM management by cleaning and maintaining accurate records fixing errors, removing duplicates, and validating email IDs and contact details.

Tag and organize leads by business type to ensure targeted outreach.

Conduct market research using online sources (Google, directories, industry databases, etc.) to fill missing information or build new lead databases.

Execute email outreach campaigns through Pipedrive to targeted leads.

Monitor email engagement (opens, clicks, responses) and follow up promptly with leads to maximize conversion opportunities.

Conduct sales calls to potential leads, introducing the service, qualifying interest, and addressing initial queries.

Schedule product demos for interested leads and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.

Coordinate closely with the sales team to track lead progress and status updates.

Update lead remarks and move them through the correct stages in Pipedrive.

Work with the marketing team to receive content and campaign details for outreach activities.

Share end-of-day updates via WhatsApp (e.g., leads added, calls made, tasks completed).

Maintain clear, professional English communication in all written and verbal interactions with prospects and internal teams.
Qualifications & Experience

A/O Levels or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Fresh (0) to 1 years of experience in sales consulting or business development.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Strong ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.

Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite Proficiently.
