Digitopia is excited to offer a 12-week internship program designed to give early-career marketers real-world experience across three core areas of our agency:

  • Inbound Marketing & SEO
  • Paid Media
  • HubSpot/Marketing Automation

Responsibilities

Digitopia’s 3-month paid Marketing Internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple disciplines within a high-performing marketing operations agency. This program is designed for individuals interested in exploring agency life and building skills across marketing strategy, execution, and technology enablement.

You’ll work closely with our client delivery teams in areas such as:

  • Inbound and content marketing
  • Paid media strategy and management
  • SEO and performance analytics
  • HubSpot implementation and marketing automation

Our program emphasizes exposure and adaptability. You’ll rotate between projects and departments based on agency needs and your strengths, ensuring a well-rounded experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support client campaign execution, including SEO, paid media, and inbound strategy deliverables.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform campaign performance insights and optimization opportunities.
  • Assist with HubSpot portal management, including workflows, contact management, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to support active client projects.
  • Participate in internal strategy sessions and contribute to process documentation or optimization efforts as assigned.

Bonus Skills and Attributes

  • Experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Ads, or SEO tools is a plus but not required.
  • Food service, customer service, and/or management experience, such as a busser, waiter, barista, retail supervisor, etc. (Seems unrelated, right? You can ask about it at your interview if you're curious.)
