B2B Marketing Manager

Description:

We are seeking a B2B Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives to grow our market share in Illinois from 3.5% to 10%, generating an additional $200MM in top-line revenue. You will be responsible for building our revenue-generating marketing department, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.

The B2B Marketing Manager will work with our sales and account management teams, in addition to providing strategic direction to the executive leadership team. This role blends strategic digital marketing with B2B relationship-building, social media, and content creation.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in digital-first B2B marketing, with expertise in SEO, paid media, social platforms, and web optimization, paired with the ability to craft campaigns that resonate with decision-makers in the hospitality, bar/restaurant, and gaming industries.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Brand Presence

  • Develop and implement the company’s digital marketing strategy to drive new leads.
  • Manage SEO/SEM, website performance, and optimize digital content.
  • Create and grow the company’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) with a consistent brand voice.

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute B2B campaigns across digital channels (search, paid social, display, programmatic).
  • Partner with sales to design and deliver digital programs that differentiate our value in the marketplace.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance for maximum ROI.

Content & Communications

  • Develop content for web, blogs, case studies, one-pagers, and sales decks.
  • Lead digital communications for new site launches, customer appreciation efforts, and industry announcements.
  • Maintain and evolve brand voice, style guide, and creative assets to ensure consistency across the sales and account management teams.

Partnerships, Events & Thought Leadership

  • Work with our partners at events, trade shows, and sponsorships; G2E, ILBA, MPact etc.
  • Collaborate with sales on customer retention programs to extend Use Agreement contracts.
  • Identify opportunities for thought leadership and digital visibility that showcase company expertise.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and report on KPIs, including lead generation, conversion rates, digital engagement, and partner-driven campaign results.
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership, sales, and location owners to continuously improve effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience; gaming, hospitality, or regulated industries a plus.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing (SEO/SEM, paid media, website management, and social platforms).
  • Proven ability to design and execute campaigns that support both company sales goals and partner/location-owner marketing needs.
  • Excellent writing, messaging, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Creative acumen; graphic design skills a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
