Job Description:

We are specifically looking for someone with experience in both small and large organizations, ideally within the technology sector. A strong background in B2B and SaaS marketing is essential, as is the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across product, sales, and leadership teams. The candidate will be responsible for managing all areas of the marketing mix, including public relations, digital and social campaigns, corporate events, performance marketing, and complete campaign life cycles. They will also be expected to set and monitor KPIs, take ownership of marketing budgets, and identify new growth opportunities across platforms and channels.

Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across digital, social, PR, events, and performance channels to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Lead demand generation using Account-Based Marketing, SEO, SEM, paid media, email, events, and referral programs.
  • Create high-quality content (blogs, ad copies, organic posts) that resonates with target audiences and elevates company's brand presence.
  • Own and manage the full marketing funnel from website optimization and paid campaign management to lead nurturing and analytics.
  • Analyze KPIs and ROI using analytics tools; leverage insights to iterate, improve, and scale growth initiatives.
  • Build and manage the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, automation tools, analytics, testing platforms) for maximum efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing with business goals.
  • Oversee agencies, freelancers, and budgets to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a leading position as a market leader.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Skills / Experience and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably within SaaS, online marketplaces, or technology companies.
  • Expertise in performance marketing (SEO, SEM, paid campaigns), demand generation, and brand building.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for multi-channel campaigns.
  • Proficient in analytics and data-driven decision-making to optimize campaigns and performance.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM/automation tools) and growth marketing tech stacks.
  • Track record of working with small & large organizations.
  • Strategic and execution-focused leader who can manage ambiguity, lead teams, and deliver results.
  • Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional teams.
