AM - Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Engage with both current and potential customers on a daily basis to understand their needs and maintain strong relationship.
• Evaluate material combinations for product development and prepare initial quotations for the development team and for the customers after reviewing their requirements.
• Manage the cylinder process with development team to ensure efficiency and quality control.
• Overseas the entire production planning process, this includes order processing, system updates, material usage, production, printing, lamination, slitting, bag making, dispatch, invoicing and payment processes.
• Regularly perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in billing and payment processes.
• Responsible to resolve complex issues, monitor team, and build good relationship with team.
• Contribute to the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
• Aim to achieve a monthly target ranging from 20 to 25 tons.
• Responsible for finalizing orders after ensuring rate matching, to align with customer expectations and company standards.
• Responsible to look after back log, and manage ledger reconciliation on monthly basis.
• Effectively forecast customers’ order.
• Any other tasks assigned by management.

Qualification & Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in marketing and sales with leadership skills in a related field.
• Strong organizational, strategic planning and execution skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet sales target, drive team performance.
• Detail oriented mindset with the capabilities to overseas complex operational processes.

Candidates with experience in the print & packaging industry will be preferred.
