LinkedIn Ads Expert (Lead generation)

Karachi, Pakistan

We're on the lookout for a seasoned LinkedIn Ads Expert to drive lead generation for our brand, Design Stratum, which specializes in designing, branding, websites, and mobile applications. We're open to hiring profiles for full-time, part-time, or contractual basis, but the ideal candidate must have relevant industry experience as a LinkedIn Ads Expert, with a strong background in lead generation for tech services, and we're excited to collaborate with the right professional who can help take our brand to the next level.

The position is based at PECHS, Karachi, with a night shift schedule from 9 PM to 6 AM, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns focused on generating qualified B2B leads for design, branding, web, and app development services.
  • Conduct audience research to identify and target the right decision-makers, industries, and company sizes.
  • Develop ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages aligned with brand tone and campaign goals.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, data-driven insights, and conversion tracking.
  • Manage campaign budgets and bids to ensure optimal ROI and cost per lead.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to maintain visual and strategic consistency across campaigns.
  • Prepare and present performance reports with clear insights, KPIs, and improvement strategies
  • Stay updated with LinkedIn Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in B2B lead generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a LinkedIn Ads Specialist/Expert with a focus on lead generation for tech or creative service industries.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn Campaign Manager, audience segmentation, and remarketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in campaign analytics tools (LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and make actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales funnels and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with other paid media platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) is a plus.

Location : PECHS, Shahrae Faisal - Karachi

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 18 – 20 per week
